Your named owner is on the quote, with the kick-off date.
First reply within 8 business hours on bands up to 30 users. 4 hours up to 75, 2 hours up to 150, 1 hour round the clock above that. The times are on your quote.
The written scope has acceptance criteria. If it is not on the page, it is not billed.

Is this just Odoo?
OneYukti is built on the Odoo Community codebase. We do not pretend otherwise. Every paid plan includes every app and the Indian GST work inside the same ledger, hosted, with a named owner. The core stays open source.
Is it for you?

No. The plan, the setup hours, and one choice: round-the-clock support at ₹99,000 a year. Standard support is in every paid plan.
Ask for a demo system. It runs for 14 days and never turns into an invoice. There is no self-serve trial.
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are prepared from posted transactions. E-invoices and e-way bills are generated from the invoice, through a licensed GSP. 2A/2B matching sits in the same ledger.
Nothing from us. It runs on your own key with the provider you pick. You set the key up in settings with our guide.
You export the full bundle first. The open-source core keeps running wherever you host it. The end-of-term terms are on your quote.
