OneYukti is an open-source enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. It covers billing, GST, stock, purchase and sales, with accounting, CRM, manufacturing, staff (attendance, leave, expenses), point of sale, projects, helpdesk and a website builder in the same system. It is sold at one price per company per year, and every app is in every paid plan. Yukti is built on the Odoo Community codebase.

The product is named OneYukti, written as one word. The short form in running text is Yukti. The free, self-hosted edition is named OneYukti Community. The official website is withyukti.ai.
Technology
Yukti is built on the Odoo Community codebase: Python on the server, PostgreSQL as the database and a JavaScript client in the browser. The marketing website (withyukti.ai) is built with Next.js 15, React 19 and TypeScript, deployed on Cloudflare Pages.
Apps
Yukti has 46 apps. Every app is in every paid plan; plans differ by how many users and companies they cover, never by which apps are included. The apps cover:

India: GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B prepared from the books, e-invoice (IRN), e-way bill, 2A/2B matching, TDS and TCS. IRNs are generated through a licensed GSP.
AI
AI in Yukti runs on the customer's own key with the provider they pick, configured in settings with a guide. It is included in every paid plan and Yukti never bills for usage. AI suggestions carry the factors behind them and can be overridden by an authorised user. Customer data is not used to train models for other customers. The AI page is at withyukti.ai/ai/.
Pricing
Yukti charges one price per company per year. Every paid plan includes every app, managed hosting, upgrades, support and AI. Bands are set by user cap and company count. Prices below are in Indian rupees excluding GST for India and in US dollars elsewhere.

- OneYukti Community: free, open source under LGPL-3.0, self-hosted.
- Light users (someone who only approves, files an expense, clocks in, or is your CA) are free on every plan and are not counted against the band, as many as you like.
- Companies are a plan limit like users. More legal entities means the next band. The top band, 151 to 300 users, any number of companies, is quoted in writing.
- Setup is priced by onboarding hours from the apps picked, ₹799 an hour in India ($16 elsewhere), fixed once scoped. Accounting, inventory and CRM for one company is 90 hours, ₹71,910 ($1,440). Each app family carries a published number of hours, every company beyond the first adds 20%, and there is a 20-hour minimum once any app is ticked. Paid 40 / 40 / 20 at kick-off, configuration sign-off and go-live acceptance. Discovery is free and produces a written scope that belongs to the customer. Nothing ticked means 0 hours.
- Extra hours after go-live come in blocks of 10 at the same rate (₹7,990 in India, $160 elsewhere), bought any time. They never expire.
- Support is included on every plan at the response time on the quote. 24x7 support is ₹99,000 a year in India or $2,000 elsewhere on any band, and is included on the 151 to 300 users, any number of companies band. There is no add-on list.
Deployment
- Hosted by Yukti: managed hosting, updates and backups are included in every paid plan.
- On the customer's own servers: a paid plan can run on the customer's infrastructure at the same price, with full control over data location and networking.
- OneYukti Community: self-hosted by the customer.
License
OneYukti Community is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 (LGPL-3.0). This license permits commercial use, modification and distribution. Modifications to LGPL-licensed files must be shared under the same license. Proprietary modules that link to, but do not modify, LGPL-licensed code are permitted.

Yukti is built for owner-led companies choosing their first system, or their first after Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, Excel and WhatsApp, who want billing, GST, stock, purchase and sales in one place and want the whole number before they sign. Security
The system supports AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Authentication options include LDAP, SSO (SAML 2.0 / OAuth 2.0), TOTP-based two-factor authentication and WebAuthn/passkeys. Access control is role-based with row-level security support. GDPR compliance tools are built in.
