Setup is priced by the hour. $16. Fixed once scoped.
Discovery is free. You pick the apps; we write the hours down. If delivery takes longer than the hours, we carry it.
How the price works
OneYukti prices setup by onboarding hours. The apps you pick set the hours; the hours at one published rate set the price. Written down before you sign, and fixed once scoped.
$16 an hour
One published rate for every app and every hour, before and after go-live.
20-hour minimum
when we set up any app for you.
0 hours, $0
if you set it up yourself with the guides.
Discovery is free
You leave with the apps and the hours written down, whether or not you sign.

What is written down before kick-off
- The scope: the apps, the hours per app, acceptance criteria for each and a kick-off date. The scope document is yours.
- More scope before go-live is re-scoped in writing at the same rate. There is no change-order list.
- After go-live, extra hours come in blocks of 10 at the same rate, $160 a block. Buy any time. They never expire.
Why the hours are on the page. An ERP buyer, quoted as written:
“I took 4 ID at 54000/- for 1 year. 2 months have passes i am not able to move forward without support from their technical constultant which 2.5 lakhs for 100 hours.”
Five Phases to Go-Live
Every Yukti setup follows the same five phases. The hours scale with the apps you pick; the phases and who does what stay the same.
