OneYukti is built on the Odoo Community codebase. We do not pretend otherwise. What we add is on the pricing page.
The core is open source under the LGPL-3.0. OneYukti Community runs on your own servers at no charge. The paid plans add hosting, upgrades and support, at one price per company per year.
