OneYukti keeps your billing, GST, stock, purchase and sales in one system. This page says where that data lives, who can reach it, and how you take it with you. If something you need is not here, ask and we answer in writing.

Who can see what
Access is set per user, per app and per record. A store clerk sees the counter; the accountant sees the ledger; your CA logs in to the books.
Roles and groups
Each user gets the apps and the actions their role allows. Roles are yours to define and change.
Record rules
Restrict records by company, team or owner, so a salesperson sees their own pipeline and not the whole company's.
Companies kept apart
On bands with more than one company, each company keeps its own books, and a user sees only the companies they are given.
Two-factor sign-in
A second factor from an authenticator app, switched on per user or required for everyone.
Your existing sign-in
Sign in through an OAuth 2.0 provider or your LDAP directory instead of a separate password.
Change history on the record
Tracked fields keep who changed them, when, and the previous value, on the record itself.
AI and your data
AI in Yukti runs on your own key with the provider you pick. Your data goes to that provider and to no one else, and we never bill for usage. If it should not leave your network, run the assistants on your own servers.
