Odoo
Odoo is an open source business platform with a single unified database across 80+ official modules, from CRM and accounting to manufacturing and inventory. Community edition is free and self-hostable under LGPL; Enterprise adds Studio, full accounting reports, and several advanced apps for a per-user fee.
Zoho
Zoho One is a proprietary, cloud-only suite that bundles 50+ individual Zoho apps (CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Desk, and more) under one subscription. Each app keeps its own data model and syncs with the others. Zoho ERP is a separate product with its own plans; Zoho's own pricing page says it is not included in Zoho One. There is no self-hosting and no source code access, and pricing runs per user per month on annual billing.

Architecture

Does Zoho have a manufacturing or MRP module?
