Walkthrough: a retailer brings shop and online sales onto one stock count with OneYukti
Yukti Team
Writing about AI, ERP, and business automation.

This is a walkthrough, not a customer account. No company is named, quoted or measured here. It describes a retailer of a common shape and shows how OneYukti would be set up for it, so you can hold it against your own shops.
The starting point
Take a retail brand with several physical shops and a growing online store. The shops run on a point-of-sale system. The online store runs on an e-commerce platform. Accounts are kept in a third tool. Each keeps its own stock figure, and none of them agrees with the others by the end of a busy day.
The cost shows up at the peaks. An item sells in a shop and online in the same hour, and one of the two customers is told it is out of stock after paying. Staff spend the first part of every morning reconciling yesterday's sales across the three systems before anyone can trust the numbers.
The setup
The retailer would run five apps in Yukti: point of sale in the shops, e-commerce for the online store, inventory for the godown and every shop, sales for orders and returns, and accounting for the books. All five sit on one system, so a sale in any channel reduces the same stock count, and every sale posts to the books without a morning reconciliation.
Every app is in every paid plan, so the choice is which apps to set up first, not which to buy. Setup is priced by the hour and fixed once scoped; discovery is free, and the scope document is yours.
What changes day to day
- A shop sale and an online order draw on one stock count, so the online store shows what is actually left.
- Stock transfers between the godown and a shop are recorded once and visible everywhere.
- Returns in a shop against an online order are handled at the counter, on the original order.
- The day's sales across every channel are in the books by the time the shops close.
Where AI comes in
AI in OneYukti is one feature, not the system. Here it would sit on replenishment: reading past sales by shop and season to suggest what to move from the godown and what to reorder, which the buyer confirms or edits. It runs on your own key, included in every paid plan, and is never billed for usage.
Marketplace connectors beyond your own shop and online store are confirmed at discovery, not promised here.
