Compliance and localisation
- Polish accounting follows the Ustawa o rachunkowosci (Accounting Act), and companies must comply with complex tax requirements including VAT (with split payment mechanism for certain transactions), CIT, and PIT withholding.
- The JPK_VAT (Standard Audit File) must be submitted monthly to the tax authorities.

Language and reporting
